For use with the North Star Big Blue Extruder or they can be used with the North Star Expansion Box. A solid form die; Use a grogged hi-fire clay, extrude, cut into 1" or 2" sections, fire. Instant tile (or plate) setters.
These 6" North Star extruder dies are made of 3/4" HDPE (High Density polyethylene). Which is wear-resistant and non-contaminating. The top edge of the die cavity is beveled to compact the clay as it passes through, giving a more solid extrusion.
