The North Star Standard series are used by hobby potters and students everywhere. This slab roller is solidly built but somewhat lighter and therefore less expensive than the North Star Super Series machines.
Rollers and end frames are of aircraft-alloy aluminum, and the bottom roll is hidden below the tabletop. The distinctive features of the Standard Series are the rolling mechanism in the center, 2.5"-diameter rolls, and a handle that attaches directly to the shaft of the bottom roll.
When used in a commercial or institutional setting, the guarantee is 24 months only (see the North Star Super Series for slab rollers built for these settings). Otherwise, it is guaranteed for life.
Slab Rollers by themselves come with a crank handle, and canvas.
Note: Shipped directly from the manufacturer. May take 2-4 weeks for delivery. Shipment of this item is not available to all zip codes. May require additional shipping fees.
